CoyKoi Prop

Prop is Studio cut down to one job. You give it a picture — a drawing, a photo, something you made this afternoon — and it becomes a prop your character can wear or hold on stream.

It sits between the other two apps on purpose, and people arrive here from both directions.

Coming from Stream? You want something for tonight: a hat, a sign, a pair of novelty glasses. You do not need to learn rigging to get it. Work through Getting started and you will have it on your character in about the time it takes to find the image.

Heading towards Studio? Props are a good first thing to rig and a good first thing to sell. What you learn here — attach points, moving parts, physics — is the same vocabulary Studio uses on a whole face.

Getting started goes from an image to a prop on your character. The Guides go deeper one topic at a time, and the last of them covers packaging a prop up for other people.

  • Stream performs characters live. Your props end up here.
  • Studio is the full thing: whole characters, and the expressions that carry what you feel.

Account, cloud and privacy pages are the same in all three.
